Taste the Coast

Local Flavors

The Amalfi Coast is not just a place to see — it's a place to taste. From centuries-old recipes to Michelin-starred creativity, every meal tells a story.

🍋

Limoncello

Made from sfusato amalfitano lemons, handpicked from terraced groves above the sea. The real thing is nothing like what you find in airports.

🍝

Scialatielli ai Frutti di Mare

Fresh hand-rolled pasta with mussels, clams, and cherry tomatoes. Born in Amalfi, perfected in every kitchen along the coast.

🍰

Delizia al Limone

Sponge cake soaked in limoncello syrup, filled with lemon cream. Invented by Sal De Riso in nearby Minori — the coast's signature dessert.

🥬

Friarielli e Salsiccia

Broccoli rabe sautéed with garlic and chili, paired with local sausage. Campanian comfort food at its finest.

🐟

Colatura di Alici

An ancient fish sauce from Cetara, descended from Roman garum. A few drops transform pasta into something extraordinary.

🥐

Sfogliatella

Crispy layered pastry filled with ricotta and candied citrus. The riccia version is the classic — best eaten warm from the oven.
